    • Rs 265k/$960 per person (twin room in Chitral & twin chalet in Mastuj)
    • Rs 285k/ $1030 per person (single room in Chitral & single luxury tent in Mastuj)

Limited spots are available, so early booking is recommended.

Inclusions

The retreat includes the following amenities:

  • Transport from Islamabad to Chitral and back in a luxury coach.
  • Three nights at Hindukush Heights Hotel, Chitral.
  • Three nights at Mastuj Fort Chalets.
  • Daily yoga practice, breathing sessions, and guided walks.
  • All meals, juices, and teas as per the program.
  • One complimentary massage.
  • A picnic to the village of Khuj, including a walk across a 1400-meter suspended bridge and a visit to a 1000-year-old Juniper tree.

Exclusions

The package does not include:

Itinerary

Day 1 (Friday, 2nd August)

  • 8 PM: Departure from Islamabad to Chitral on the Hindukush Express Bus (approx. 8.5 hours).

Day 2 (Saturday, 3rd August)

  • 5:30 AM: Arrival at Hindukush Heights Hotel.
  • 7:00 – 10 AM: Breakfast.
  • Relaxing morning with options for swimming, massages, and exploring the hotel premises.
  • 5 PM: First yoga session.
  • 8/8:30 PM: Dinner.

Day 3 (Sunday, 4th August)

  • Morning: Yoga session followed by breakfast.
  • 10:30 AM: Departure for Mastuj (4-hour drive).
  • Midway lunch at a local home, experiencing Chitrali cuisine.
  • 4 PM: Arrival in Mastuj for tea and relaxation.
  • Evening yoga session followed by dinner.

Day 4 (Monday, 5th August)

  • Morning: Yoga session followed by breakfast.
  • Exploration of Mastuj, including an outdoor cooking class, visits to a trout farm, and a swim in a natural pond.
  • Evening yoga session.

Day 5 (Tuesday, 6th August)

  • Morning: Yoga session followed by breakfast.
  • 10 AM: Departure for Khuj (1 hour 15 min).
  • Picnic lunch, exploration of the village, and a walk across the suspension bridge.

Day 6 (Wednesday, 7th August)

  • Morning: Yoga session followed by breakfast.
  • 10 AM: Departure for Chitral.
  • Lunch at Fokker Friendship Restaurant, followed by shopping or relaxation by the pool.
  • Guided walk and closing meditation ceremony in the evening.
  • Evening: Happy hour and a non-vegetarian dinner.

Day 7 (Thursday, 8th August)

  • 8 AM: Breakfast.
  • 9 AM: Departure for Islamabad, with lunch midway, arriving by 7/8 PM.

  • A 50% deposit is required to book a spot.
