Festival Booking Policy

For bookings during the four Kalash festivals and the Shandur Polo Festival, full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Due to the exceptionally high demand during these festival periods, special cancellation terms apply.

Festival Cancellation Policy

 

 

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date are eligible for a 75% refund of the total booking amount.

 

 

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.

 

 

Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.

 

 

In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be retained.

 

in the event of force majeure preventing access to the region, the hotel will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule the booking, subject to availability.
