Cancellation Policy

  • For all bookings, if a cancellation is made 5 days prior to your arrival date then no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If a cancellation is made before 24 hours of your arrival, 25% of the room rate will be charged for bookings of up to two nights. For longer stays extending over two nights, the hotel will charge the full room rate for one night’s stay.
  • The hotel will not provide any refund in the event of a no-show
  • The hotel shall endeavor to make all refund payments within 7 days of the cancellation request subject to bank policy.
  • In the event of flight cancellation by PIA from Islamabad to Chitral, the Hotel will fully refund all bookings.
  • Any amendments to a booking will be made strictly at the hotel’s discretion.
