Q: Do you offer transportation to Chitral?
A: Yes, we can arrange private transportation from Islamabad for you for an additional fee. There is also the public bus service, Hindukush Express, that runs daily between Islamabad & Chitral. If you ride the Hindukush Express, we offer complimentary transfers to/from the hotel to the Chitral bus station. -
Q: Do you have parking?
A: Yes, we have ample complimentary parking. -
Q: What time is check-in & check-out?
A: You are welcome to check-in any time starting at 2pm. Check-out is 11am. - Q: Can guests stay at the hotel after check-out?
A: Yes. You are welcome to stay for lunch or to simply relax around the property, read a good book, and enjoy the day.

Q: Is breakfast included?
A: Yes, your room rate includes breakfast for each guest. -
Q: Do you have high-speed Wi-Fi?
A: We do but, given our remote location in Chitral, “high speed” is not always guaranteed. You will be able to stay in touch and apps like WhatsApp work great but you might not be able to video chat or stream tv or movies. - Q: Is there a hair dryer in the room?
A: No, but you can ask for one at the reception desk. - Q: What amenities are in the room?
A: Your room is equipped with an electric kettle & tea set up, a small fridge, and air conditioning.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Yes. We are a dog-friendly hotel as long as your dog is friendly, potty trained, and highly socialised. -
Q: What is required to secure my reservation?
A: Payment of one (1) night stay. -
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refund payments typically arrive within 10 days of the cancellation request (subject to bank policy). - Q: Will I be charged a fee if I cancel my booking?
A: If you cancel 5 days prior to your arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged and you are entitled to a full refund if you paid in advance. Cancellations made within 5 days are subject to a one-night cancellation fee. - Q: What happens if I don’t show up for my booking?
A: You will be charged for one night.
